Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay. You can also spread the cost through Shop Pay Instalments if you'd prefer.

We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Selecting one of these will take you to their secure site to complete payment — you'll then be brought straight back to us once you're done.

Ordering and delivery

Is it safe to shop with you?

Absolutely. We've been selling homeware for over ten years and have built up a loyal community of customers who come back to us season after season. Our checkout is fully secure, GDPR compliant and PCI-DSS certified — your payment details are always handled safely.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within a couple of hours, it's worth checking your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, drop us a line at hello@sablehomeware.com and we'll look into it.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. If you select express delivery at checkout, you can expect it within 1–2 working days. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we'll check on it straight away.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas, this may extend to up to 5 working days — we'll always keep you updated.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard UK delivery is free on orders over £25. For orders below that, a flat rate of £4.95 applies. Express delivery is available at checkout for £7.95. We also ship to the Republic of Ireland for €12.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email, which you can use to follow your order's progress right to your door.

Can I alter my order?

Once we've started processing an order we're unable to make changes to it, so please double-check everything before placing. If you'd like to add something, simply place a new order and we'll dispatch them together where possible.

How do I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so please email us at hello@sablehomeware.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If we're able to stop it before dispatch, we will — if not, we'll send it out and arrange a return for you once it arrives.

Why has my order been canceled?

We only cancel orders if there's a stock issue on our end, or if you've asked us to. If we've had to cancel due to a problem on our side, we'll always contact you, offer an alternative where we can, and process a full refund promptly. We're sorry if this ever happens.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it's unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please email us at hello@sablehomeware.com before sending anything back so we can expect your parcel.

How do I return an item?

Get in touch with us at hello@sablehomeware.com and we'll guide you through the process. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer — we recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please photograph the item and email us at hello@sablehomeware.com as soon as possible — we'll aim to respond within 48 hours and sort things out for you. If you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to accept the item back as a return provided it's in original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving your return. Your bank may then take a few additional days to put the money back into your account — please allow up to ten working days from the date you posted the item before getting in touch. We'll always email you once your refund has been processed.

Misc

Are my items insured during delivery?

Yes — all orders are fully protected against damage in transit. We use Royal Mail as our main carrier. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and email us at hello@sablehomeware.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Is checkout secure?

Yes, completely. We use a secure payment processor which means we never see your full card details. Your privacy and security matter to us — you can shop with confidence
